Special thanks to CAFO (Christian Alliance for Orphans) and their promotional materials and many resources for this event. Fostering Family Ministries is honored to partner with CAFO for the sake of the gospel and to care for orphans and kids in foster care across the US and beyond.

Pure Religion Sunday is on November 9th, 2025, and it is a day set aside to look to the needs of orphans, just like James 1:27 references pure religion. "Pure and genuine religion in the sight of God the Father means caring for orphans and widows in their distress and refusing to let the world corrupt you." James 1:27 NLT

Pure Religion Sunday can also be observed on other Sundays, taking time to highlight the needs of orphans. As you and your church plan your Pure Religion Events, please use these resources as needed to help promote your event. They may be shared both digitally and in print.
