Fostering Family Ministries was founded in 2016 in response to the desperate need for foster homes in Ashland County, Ohio. The goal was a partnership of churches working to fill the need for foster families and support. As the need was met the work spread to surrounding counties. The Church continues to say yes and demonstrates true faith by taking care of the fatherless. Everyone can help vulnerable children become known as beloved sons and daughters through the ministry of the local church.
We are a coalition of churches working to provide a safe loving home for each child in foster care and a care team of supportive friends for families in foster care
FFM is not a licensing agency. We create awareness and support churches in recruiting and supporting families in foster care. FFM provides support and guidance to families considering their options to certify as foster parents.
